The suite was very modern & high tech which we really liked! The furnishings, amenities and the layout was of high quality and very luxurious; especially the shower. Our short stay was wonderful.
Both the pool and the restaurant were not open. The hotel only opened in December so it is understandable that 100 percent was not operable and it was noted before our arrival that the restaurant was not open but not the pool. Also the location is quite close to the main road so it was a bit noisy from traffic.

I really liked the spacious and fully equipped room, the cozy bed, and the peaceful nights here, plus having a sauna in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Neat, updated room with iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Magnificent and pleasant location just a pleasant stroll away from The Avens Gallery. Based in a nice area.
Although I loved the place, some of the staff were not particularly friendly.

Well appointed suite, kitchen well stocked, bathroom with steam shower
The footprint of this hotel is crowded. Suites have a balcony and bbq. The balcony of our first room faced the hottub of a room one floor down, the bedroom window faced the siding and roof of the buiding as it turned a sharp corner. Not every room can have a mountain view but this was ridiculous. Our request for a better room was handled quickly by manager and we were moved to a suite with a much better view.

Particularly good location so close to restaurants, Canmore town centre and grocery stores, could not be better. Reasonably large and functional hotel room with a very comfy bed and functional bathroom. Helpful, efficient people working here;))

Habitat restaurant was fantastic. This was the main reason we chose the hotel.
Hotel was separate from the main building and had to go outside. No underground parking.

The staff was very efficient. Any requests we made were completed right away for us. Great family resort.
We found the price was high for our family, needed to stay 3 nights to attend a wedding in Banff. But we would stay again!

Our room was lovely, the pool was fun for the children.
Checkin in was at 4:00 we came to the hotel three hours late and our room wasn't even ready for us to check into... rediculous....then we sat in the lounge (my two little boys and I) and I had to pay $22.00 for three drinks (two shirly temples) while they cleaned our room. The hotel didn't even offer to reimburse us for the drinks.
